All glass pool fences we supply and install are made from toughened glass, and meet all NZ safety requirements and building codes. The glass balustrades for swimming pools are usually 1200mm high to comply with the Fencing of Swimming Pools Act.

Your glass balustrade can be easy to clean too – especially if you choose to have our special factory-applied protective coating on your glass! This provides an invisible but durable coating that’ll repel dirt and grease for up to 10 years.

Hinges and hardware

Special pool gate hardware from NZ Glass is designed to look good and provide safety.

• Hinges: glass swimming pool gates can be hinged and pivoted from the glass side panel, wall or post
• Closing mechanism: these can be self-closing using floor springs, or self-closing hinges.
